We are a family run hotel within walking distance of the town centre and north pier.With the open aspects to the front this gives some rooms excellent seaviews.

We are just a tram ride away from Cleveleys and Fleetwood going north, or the pleasure beach and waterworld going south. We have ample road parking in this area with no restrictions for time .
