The property is situated approximately 200 yards from the sea front and a 4 minute walk from the Pleasure Beach and Sand Castle water complex.

Each morning you can help yourself to a variety of cereals, fruit juices and yoghurt. A full English breakfast is normally served, but if you would prefer something different just let us know and we will oblige. Breakfast is served between 9am and 9:30am

Our well-stocked basement bar has a cosy pub atmosphere where you can play pool or simply relax with a drink. A selection of bottled and canned beers, the most popular spirits and liqueurs along with soft drinks are available.

We have a warm and cosy south facing sun lounge with TV and DVD facilities for those days when the weather is not so welcoming or if you want to find somewhere for a little peace and quiet to read or just relax.
