Situated on the main promenade midway between Central and South piers, Promenade Apartments enjoy a sea front location with exceptional views of the Irish Sea.

The flats have been refurbished for 2010 to a standard we hope you will find pleasing and comfortable.

The Property comprises of seven apartments in all, three of which have sea views. Each apartment has central heating and is fully equipped including bedding . An inventory is supplied for each room with additional items such as travel cot, high chair or child bed being available by request at no extra charge. We also provide a Welcome pack at the commencement of your holiday which contains Hand towel/ tea towel/ kitchen towel/washing up liquid/scourer/toilet roll/ tea/ coffee/sugar/milk to help you settle in.

Promenade apartments consist of seven fully equipped apartments with a visit britain 3* 4* rating. Situated on the main sea front opposite the new St. Chads Headland we are ideally situated for both the pleasure beach and the main town centre.

Ramped access to the front of the property offers easy access for our disabled guests and wetrooms are provided in the two ground floor apartments. We also have a hearing two accreditation with hearing loop available, flashing alarm systems and staff with BSL qualification. Signage on the ground and first floor is in braile to facilitate guests with sight problems.

FREE WIFIthroughout the building with each apartment having freeview lcd tvs with dvd player. Buckets and spades are available for use by our younger guests

Limited parking is available in our private car park at the front of the property, secure off site parking can be arranged at a nominal charge.
