TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ADVERTISING WITH CSIDE HOLIDAYS LTD

Payment Terms

Membership is based on 12 equal payments. Each payment is to be paid directly to Cside Holidays Ltd bank account via standing orders on the 25th day of each month for a 12 month running period.

The Contract

The contract is between you (the client) and Cside Holidays Limited. The Contract is to be able to have the ability to advertise on the appropriate number of sites as stated as per package chosen. The contact costs are based on 12 equal payments. (Any offers relate to the last two months of contract being free)

Advertising Position

With the exception of the front page of www.Blackpol4hotels.com (Premium membership only) the adverts will be placed in position as per time of request of order. However sites with multi-pages may be made to rotate by each individual client member via login into the member’s area and updating the single advert information. This will result in that advert moving to the top of page 1 on that site and moving every other advert to the right or down one place. Banners are not affected by rotation of sites and will remain in a static position.

Advertising Sites

The limit is set by which package each business / client has chosen at time of entering the contract. NOTE: Hotels, B&B and guest house accommodation can not advertise on the self catering sites or pages reserved for the self catering businesses.

Upgrade to Membership

You can choose to upgrade membership at any time during the contact period however you can not choose to decrease the contract or lower payments via alteration to a package until the end of the 12 months period.

Site Positioning & Search Engines

Cside Holidays Limited does not provide a guarantee whatsoever that any of our sites will be or remain on the front, second or any other main page under any search term. Cside Holidays Limited will endeavour at all times to keep the sites on the leading pages of search engines for the main popular search terms. Cside Holidays can not control the positioning for each search term search engines.

Site ‘Down Time’ & Service

Every reasonable effort will be made by Cside Holidays to keep the sites live and visible on the internet. However all sites will have some down time periods to update, improve and enhance the sites. If a third party outside of the control of Cside Holidays Limited stops the sites being on the internet then Cside Holidays can not be held liable or face any financial costs/ penalties /fines.

Prices

Cside Holidays Limited reserves the right to alter published or confirmed prices at any time prior to the event, to cover increased costs incurred. Agreed prices will not increase during any contractual period.

Changes to arrangements by client

Every effort will be made by Cside Holidays Ltd to accommodate any changes or alterations requested. Extras will be charged as such on an individual bases or if a client / business requires bespoke/ tailor- made solutions.

Cancellation within 14 Days

If any client wishes to cancel the contract then you (the client) are allowed a 14 day cooling off period from the day the advertising goes live on the sites. If more than 14 days prior to the event date, you have entered into the full term 12 month contact with Cside Holidays Limited and are liable to commit to full payment as agreed by choice of package/ membership. Failure to provide the full 12 payments or cancellation prior to the end of the 12 month contract will result in the removal of all advertising for that business / client. Any reinstatement will be allowed only upon receipt of full payment of the total cost equal to 12 months in advance (no offers / free months will be offered again and will not be included in the future). By making the first payment you have agreed to enter into the contract based on 12 months of payments. The parties making the Contract are Cside Holidays Limited and the advertising business /client represented by the person who confirms the intention to advertise.

Liability

Cside Holidays Limited shall not be liable for any matter whatsoever that is beyond its control, and shall not in any circumstances be responsible for any sequential or indirect loss that may be incurred by the client or its guests, associates and agents, or any other third party.

Online Booking

Cside Holidays Limited is not liable for and/or does not control any features, actions or bookings implemented via the search availability or a direct booking with a client. The Online system is the total responsibility of Blackridge Media known as “Need to Get Away”. This is a third party company and clients are governed by their own terms and conditions.
